This year long class is foundational and will address the Craft and its practices from the standpoint of ancient occult wisdom based in Hermetic Principles, as an art form and as a spiritual path. Specifically this study explores various types of energy, its use, methods of practice using psychic energy, mental and physical discipline, visualization and meditation. Practical application training will include exercises to identify, project and empower energy, setting clear and focused intentions, ritual techniques, meditation practices, the understanding and use of astrology and correspondences and basic spell work. Participants accepted into this class will be chosen from those who have successfully completed the Introduction to the AOC course.
